Where we ship from
We dispatch orders from the Netherlands.
Where we ship to
We currently ship to Europe and the United Kingdom.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier service. Typical transit times:
- EU: 2-6 business days
- UK: 3-8 business days
Please note: these are estimates. Carrier delays (weather, peak season, customs) may occasionally occur.
Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order details. Free shipping applies to orders of EUR 89 and over.
Carrier and tracking
We ship from the Netherlands using PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your destination and the best available service.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs and duties (UK)
For UK deliveries, customs duties, VAT, or import fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Incorrect address / failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once returned to us. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Returns and Refunds
30-day return policy
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
- All included accessories/manuals must be returned.
- Items showing signs of use (or damage not caused by shipping) may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How to start a return
Email us at info@ledstoredevices.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos/video (required if the item is damaged or defective)
Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
After approval, we arrange the return shipment through the same carrier used for your delivery whenever possible.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping. After your return request is approved, we arrange the return shipment and provide a prepaid return label or pickup instructions (where available).
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We need to register the return and provide the correct return details.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: typically 3-10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it. If it has already shipped, the return process above will apply.
