A) Personal data you provide directly
We collect personal data when you place an order, create an account, contact us, or otherwise use our services. This may include:

- Order and customer service data: items purchased, order status, returns-related information, warranty/complaint information, and correspondence with our support team.
- Order tracking data you submit: Order ID and billing email (if you use our order tracking feature).
B) Personal data collected automatically
When you browse our website, we may automatically collect:
- Device and browser data: IP address, device type, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP), and similar technical data.
- Usage and interaction data: how you interact with the site (e.g., navigation, time spent, items added to cart), including via cookies and similar technologies.

- Stripe (payment processing), including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available through Stripe.
- Note: payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by us in full.
Shipping / fulfilment
- PostNL, DHL, and/or DPD (shipping and delivery), depending on the most favourable tariff/route for your order.
- We share only the data needed to deliver your parcel (typically name, address, contact details, and shipment details).
Advertising / measurement
- Google Ads (marketing and measurement). This may include cookie/identifier-based measurement (e.g., conversion tracking) and – where enabled – remarketing, subject to your cookie choices and applicable law.
Website operations
- Hosting, infrastructure, and IT support providers that help us operate and secure the website.
Legal / protection
- Authorities, regulators, or professional advisors where required by law or to establish/exercise/defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal data.

We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels/tags/local storage) to:

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. If this changes, we will update this Notice.
